The Oase Bitron 36 UV clarifier destroys single celled algae that turns pond water green. If you want to guarantee clear water then youll need a UV clarifier. UV clarifiers have the added benefit of reducing pathogens and bacteria creating a healthier environment for fish. Oase Bitron UVs have an inspection window to make sure the light is working, and quick lock technology that make it easy to change bulbs. They even have an automatic cleaning rotor that prevents debris settling on the quartz sleeve and integral magnets to stop lime scale build up. The 36 watt Bitron is suitable for use with pond pumps ranging from 8,000lph to 30,000lph.
