Windmill Aerators

Windmill aerators work in a similar way to bottom aerators by having an air diffuser that sits on the bottom of the pond, lake or dam releasing millions of tiny bubbles to the surface. The difference with windmill aeration systems is they require no power. A wind driven turbine operates a compressor that supplies air through self weighted tube into the diffuser at the bottom of the pond, dam or lake.
